I am not a kind of person who just cribs bout each and everything but wat I am supposed to do if nothing works at all. Inspite of so many calls…so many complaints…problems never go away…I am damn pissed off rite now…was supposed to write a blog on a beautiful topic…n wat m writin now is …just bad bad n more bad words…
I am writing this blog on microsoft word n this is courtesy HATHWAY…I must say that hathway has no consideration for its customers. If I think logically…there can only be two things…either hathway has some personal vengeance with me or they don’t know how to provide customer service.
Lemme explain you my problem. I am working in Churchgate and residing in Kandivli. I usually come back home by 9 PM and then I wish to login and check my e-mails and do some blogging shloggin…but Hathway is so nice…it makes sure that my wish always remain a wish only.
From last two months, whenever I return home net doesn’t work 60% of the time. Then wat m supposed to do is…call those people in the technical department to ask wat d hell is happening …n as soon you think of calling them problem starts
First problem is: When you call up, they ask your account no. and then a computerized message will give you some inputs as to “ensure connection n all that bullshit”. Then we need to press * to talk to a customer care executive…for the first two or three times…u wont be able to go to that * button and the phone line is cut. I have noticed this problem every time I have called them up. Don’t say that my cell phone is faulty. Its working fine as I have tried calling them with other phones also (hand sets as well as other phone no.s ) …but situation remains d same.
Second problem is: When you are talking to a person from the technical team n you are in the middle of problem description phase or the person is trying to figure out wat is wrong, phone line cuts again n then wat else…u call again…some other person picks up the call…you provide him with all the details once again. It’s a vicious cycle u c. Once I did this procedure thrice and then I was so frustrated that I didn’t call up again
Third problem is: You have explained your problem and he is providing you with the solution. One common excuse if they don’t know why there is a problem: “Sir…server in Kandivli area is not working properly”…Fuck them off…BC everytime this Kandivli server doesn’t work…is this a dedicated server or they have just got an old server from some kabaadi-wallah which needs maintenance every week…
Fourth problem is: Once I called up technical departments and asked them that my net is not working. I think it was Friday night or Saturday night. After some time they told me that I have not paid my dues whereas I had paid my dues one week back and the amount was also deducted from my bank account. I told them that I have paid all the dues n u know wat that person says…”Sir…this is technical department and billing department has blocked your net connection because you have not paid the charges and yes…one more thing he says…you can call up the billing no. but as they are not 24/7 and they don work on Sundays (I forgot if Saturday is off for them or not) we can’t resume your connection till Monday (when u need to call them up again)…n u know wat s gonna happen on Monday…
Fuck…Monday to Friday from morning till 9 m in office…n from 9 in the nite when m at home and also on Saturdays n Sundays Hathway doesn’t work…wat m supposed to do…y m paying for the net connection when I can’t use it when I need it.
Tell me one thing…What is the main business of Hathway…providing broadband services….rt n if they are not able to provide even this one service properly…they should consider closing down.
I am finishing this blog in word document only as my net is still not working and I know its not gonna work whole night coz I need it today n how can it work…
I want to send this post to Hathway officials…CEO n other big shots also to tell them about the customer service n customer satisfaction they are providing… All d best Hathway…keep providing this kind of service and I assure you that you will be no more in this competitive market.
